Urgent Plea for Animal Welfare

In a heartfelt letter dated December 12th, 2022, Dhwani Sharma Maheshwari,  addressed the Respected Prime Minister. Dhwani expressed concern about witnessing animal cruelty, where three individuals overloaded a horse despite existing guidelines. She urged the Prime Minister to take strict action to protect these voiceless creatures and enable harmonious human-animal relationships.
