Shreya rebuilt LFC’s entire Index from the ground up — organizing 300+ documents across every domain, creating clear structures, and taking ownership of a project that most people underestimate until they’re deeply involved in it.

For months, she coordinated with multiple teams, chased updates, followed up when deadlines slipped, and kept pushing the work forward until the Index became something everyone at LFC could actually rely on.
What started as a scattered repository is now a system — used daily, easily understood, and built to last.

That’s why she entered the Purple Zone.
And as always at LFC, every ounce of genuine effort is seen, recognised, and celebrated.
